The mighty nation suffered truly horrific casualties in the way and has progressed much more slowly in its recovery than the others. Any imperialist ambitions they once had are now crushed, with even their gains in Llael having been returned. For all their loses, Khador has profited well from sharing. In exchange for man power and natural resources, they’ve gained access to significant technological improvements. The expansion of railways into the northern reaches of the country have made travel and transport of goods much easier, safer, and less expensive.
Their previous goals of expansion have made the country unpopular with the general public in Llael and Cygnar. A decade later still finds Khadorans traveling in these countries getting chilly receptions in some areas. Khador has moved into the new, united era, though more slowly than some of her fellows and not without some pain. Queen Ayn Vanar has just recently announced her engagement to another Khadoran noble, an event which has brought a great deal of excitement to the northern country.
